This policy describes the specific terms that apply to the use of FlashTrade, the official secondary market and the only authorized channel for the resale of tickets within the FlashPass platform. By using FlashTrade, you accept these terms in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.
FlashTrade is the only official and authorized secondary market offered by FlashPass for the resale of tickets purchased through our platform.
The availability of FlashTrade is not automatic: it depends on each event and on whether the Organizer enabled this feature when publishing it. If the Organizer has not enabled FlashTrade for an event, it will not be possible to resell the tickets through the platform.
Only tickets that were originally purchased on FlashPass for events where this feature is active may be listed on FlashTrade. Resale through any other channel (social media, classified ad sites, other resale platforms, street sales, etc.) is expressly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the tickets with no right to a refund.
To list a ticket on FlashTrade, you must meet the following conditions:
On FlashTrade, no new QR code is generated. The original QR remains locked and unusable from the moment of listing until the completion of the sale or the cancellation of the listing.
Once the sale is completed, the ticket is automatically reassigned to the new buyer in the FlashPass database. The QR is unlocked and enabled for the new holder, usually 3 hours before the start of the event, preventing duplication and fraud.
The original seller loses all rights to the ticket once the sale is confirmed.
The Organizer may set price limits for resale, including:
FlashPass does not guarantee the sale of listed tickets. The seller may change the price or cancel the listing at any time, provided that no purchase has been completed.
The seller and/or the buyer may be subject to the payment of an additional charge for the use of FlashTrade, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of listing and/or purchasing the resale ticket.
Charges may vary by event and will be set by FlashPass and/or the Organizer. FlashPass reserves the right to modify these fees, giving due advance notice of any change.
Once a ticket is sold on FlashTrade, the amount due to the seller (sale price less applicable charges) will be credited in accordance with the time periods and methods established by FlashPass.
FlashPass may withhold the payout until it verifies that the transaction was completed correctly and that there are no pending claims.
Purchases made through FlashTrade are subject to the right to cancel pursuant to Art. 34 of Ley 24.240 and Disposición 954/2025. The buyer may revoke their purchase within ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that they give notice at least twenty-four (24) hours before the event.
If the right to cancel is exercised, the ticket will be returned to the original seller and the buyer will be refunded the amount paid, including the resale charges. The seller will not receive payment for the sale if it was revoked.
Apart from the right to cancel, tickets purchased through FlashTrade are non-refundable, except in the event of total cancellation of the event without rescheduling.
In the event of a definitive cancellation, FlashPass will automatically refund the buyer, less the corresponding service and resale fees. The original seller will not receive any additional amount if they have already been paid for the sale.
For more details, see our Refund Policy.
If the Organizer changes the date, time or location of the event, tickets purchased on FlashTrade will remain valid for the new date or location.
No refunds are accepted for a change of date or location, for either the original buyer or the resale buyer.
The following is expressly prohibited:
Any misuse may result in the cancellation of the tickets without a refund, the suspension or deletion of the offending user’s account, and any applicable legal action.
FlashPass acts as an intermediary, facilitating the connection between sellers and buyers. We do not guarantee:
FlashPass is not responsible for disputes between users related to the use of FlashTrade, beyond what is established in these terms.
If you have questions about how FlashTrade works, need assistance with a transaction, or want to report misuse, write to us at info@flashpass.com.ar with the subject "Soporte FlashTrade" for faster assistance.
